Kim YuGyeom And Gyeomie
Holding the future of K-Pop and K-R&B safe in his golden hands, Kim YuGyeom is what I call a visionary. With a unique sense of individuality and artistic identity that shines through regardless of whether he’s promoting in one of the most influential K-Pop groups in the world, GOT7, or solo, YuGyeom has a knack for standing out, and for good reason too! He is inarguably one of the best dancers in the K-Pop industry, a formidable rapper, a talented lyricist/composer, and an excellent vocalist. The idol is also a choreographer, a model, and a variety star! Now, if that’s not K-Pop ace energy, we don’t know what is!
As a member of GOT7, YuGyeom is as charming as it gets. From his endearing appeal as the “maknae on top” in ‘Just Right’ to the boyish confidence of ‘Girls Girls Girls’ and most recently, the romantic charisma of ‘NANANA’, YuGyeom has shown us more and more sides to himself with each comeback. In JUS2, YuGyeom takes on an entirely different character. His nonchalant yet fiery gaze will pierce through your heart and engrave his name on it. His mysterious allure is deeply enchanting, casting a spell that ensures you will ‘Focus On Me’.
As a soloist, he’s the modern James Dean with his dreamy, rebellious machismo and we cannot help but fall for his temptation. ‘I Have A Girl’
In a homage to his own idol, YuGyeom gave a stunning performance of ‘I Have A Girl’ by JYP on the legendary stage of “The King Of Mask Singer”. Not only are his live vocals unbelievably stable and emphatic but what makes his performance overwhelmingly impressive is the way he imbues the song with renewed life. ‘Love Talk’
Co-written and co-composed by YuGyeom for Jus2’s debut EP “Focus”, ‘Love Talk’ incorporates elements of deep house, techno, and alternative dance to bring us a song that has no stylistic parallel in the K-Pop world. YuGyeom’s vocals are sweet and seductive, revealing a sense of urgency, much like the lyrics themselves. This is creative genius at its finest and we just can’t get enough.

With his unrivaled victory on “Hit The Stage”, Mnet’s popular dance survival show, YuGyeom cemented his position as one of K-Pop’s best dancers and continues to enjoy the same reputation even today. Being an idol, YuGyeom has taken on a variety of genres in his career and has even created fusion styles of his own in the process. However, he has also honed his skill in his specialty, hip-hop, to the point of perfection. Street Grunge Meets High Fashion: YuGyeom’s Aesthetic Duality
When it comes to duality in fashion, no one does it better than YuGyeom. From streetwear to editorial high fashion, he knows exactly how to bring the best of both worlds together. The idol’s Instagram account is the perfect exhibit of his personal style, which is what we’ll be looking into here. Jackets are a staple in YuGyeom’s wardrobe. However, the way they’re styled makes all the difference. On the left, YuGyeom wears a black bomber jacket with a colorful tee, creating a balanced contrast with the rest of the outfit.
